Tom Lewis is the chef and owner at Monachyle Mhor. He took over his family’s farm, sandwiched between Loch Voil and Loch Doine, and transformed it into one of Scotland’s most loved hotel and restaurants.
Remaining close to the source of his produce, he rears a huge amount of his own produce and of course, when he cooks king prawns, they’re from Great British Prawns. Monachyle Mhor is only a few miles north of our farm and Tom was one of the first to taste our prawns.
